ABOUT

MY STORY

Nature has always been a source of calm and renewal for me — especially sunrises, sunsets and birdsong. I was born at dawn, and this metaphorical sense of new arrivals and new possibility has stayed with me throughout my life.

I often reflect on the idea that each new day brings the possibility of hope and change. Born just before sunrise myself, I hold onto the belief that however difficult things may feel, there is always the opportunity for a fresh start and a brighter future ahead.

My background is in psychology and mental health. I hold an MSc (with distinction) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

I provide a confidential, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

My integrative approach combines several therapeutic methods, including:

  • Person-Centred Therapy

I aim to help clients understand how their difficulties developed so that, together, we can find an appropriate and lasting way forward.
